Covers PRD Step 3. Once ME data is submitted (Phase 4), LangGraph orchestrates three agents: OSINT (Exa AI & Tavily), Writer (Gemini API, template-locked), and Designer (Gemini API, cover images). The Writer agent is mathematically locked to the Phase 4 ME data and cannot alter baseline numbers.

External Requirements

  • Google Gemini API — Writer and Designer agents (same GEMINI_API_KEY credential already configured for Stream B/Gate 0 — no ANTHROPIC_API_KEY dependency; mirrors the earlier Claude→Gemini switch in frontend/src/lib/geminiTaxonomyCleaner.ts).
  • Exa AI & Tavily — OSINT agent. Wired by #84 (EXA_API_KEY/TAVILY_API_KEY, see rd_agents/.env.example) — not provisioned in this dev environment yet, so a real end-to-end smoke test against the live APIs is still outstanding.
  • LangGraph (local Docker for MVP) — multi-agent orchestration. Skeleton built by #83.
